2005-2007

START UP PHASE

In 2005, Taiyuan Silian Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., the predecessor of Silian Heavy Industry, was born. At the beginning, he could only engage in machining, non-standard welding, and primary equipment manufacturing, with an annual gross domestic product of about 10 million yuan. During this period, an enterprise organizational structure was established, including the Product Technology Department, Production and Manufacturing Department, Marketing Department, and Comprehensive Department. The foundation has been consolidated, experience has been explored, and the development direction of coking equipment manufacturing has been established.

At the end of 2007, a cooperation agreement was reached with Weikang Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. in Germany to find partners for Silian Heavy Industry and chart a blueprint for future development.

In the initial stage, it was difficult to move forward. Silian Heavy Industry has increased the gathering and improvement of talents, technology, and other aspects, challenging high-end industries,

New progress has been made in aligning with international standards. At the same time, targeting market demand, from simple to complex, from small to large, expanding service areas, and developing from producing spare parts to producing machine coke assembly equipment.

2008-2011

GROWTH STAGE

From 2008 to 2011, Silian Heavy Industry transitioned from scattered to modular and complete sets, gaining industry recognition and achieving milestone significance. In particular, through cooperation with German Weikang Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., the enterprise has carried out beneficial reference and in-depth integration in design thinking, process improvement and development direction, and gradually has some independent intellectual property rights. During this period, we overcame the multiple varieties of production design equipment. Technical difficulties such as high manufacturing accuracy requirements and long installation and debugging time result in an organic combination of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and lubrication. With the improvement of the company's popularity and reputation, the company has increased its confidence and successfully signed projects at the first Jin Merchants Conference, leading to a continuous increase in customers both inside and outside the province.

2012-2014

DEVELOPMENT STAGE

From 2012 to 2014, it was an expansion period for the expansion of orders in the Silian Heavy Industry market and the relocation of the company's factory area. The new factory area located in the Yangqu Industrial Park of the Provincial Comprehensive Reform Zone laid the foundation for construction in August 2013 and was relocated and put into use in May 2014. The spacious and bright office area, scientifically arranged workshop assembly lines, and advanced machine tool facilities provide a first-class environment for enterprise design and production, laying a solid foundation.

2015-2018

UPGRADE PHASE

From 2015 to 2018, Silian Heavy Industry not only expanded its production scale and expanded its marketing channels, but also focused on cultivating internal skills, strengthening and expanding. During this period, talents were introduced without any restrictions, management and research teams were enriched, and rules and regulations were established to enhance leadership decision-making and employee execution, and to improve the level of scientific and technological research and development. The endless series of coking products are not only promoted to the domestic and foreign markets of the province, but also exported to India. TRANSCENDING STAGE

Since 2019, Silian Heavy Industry and Taiyuan University of Technology have established an industry university research base, established an intelligent coking equipment research institute, established a laboratory and R&D team with a subsidiary of Germany Xiguang, improved the functions of the product R&D department, process technology department, and innovation studio, and registered Taiyuan Silian Intelligent Electrical Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on high-quality output, clean production, and intelligent operation of large-scale coking equipment. The breakthrough in the utilization of cloud based big data has effectively promoted the upgrading and upgrading of products, as well as the rapid growth of sales.
